Step-by-step guides for clinics and patients, and answers to common questions.
Clinic guide
- 1
Register your clinic
Open the login page, choose “Register a Clinic” and continue with Google. Your clinic stays “pending” until the platform team approves it, and you are notified when it is.
- While pending you can already fill in your clinic profile in Settings.
- Only Settings and Notifications are available until approval.
- 2
Set up your clinic
Go to Settings to complete your clinic profile.
- General: name, contact numbers, about text. Branding: logo, banner, colours and the language used for patient messages.
- Location and map, opening hours for each weekday, and your services with fees.
- Patients can only book inside your opening hours.
- 3
Add doctors and staff
Add your doctors on the Doctors page. Turn on “Give this doctor a login” to let them sign in with Google.
- In Settings → Team, add receptionists or more admins by their Google email.
- Each role sees only what it needs: receptionists handle patients, appointments and billing; doctors handle clinical records.
- 4
Register patients
Add patients on the Patients page. Only the name is required.
- Each patient gets a QR emergency card showing only name, blood group, allergies and next appointment.
- The “Due for check-up” tab lists patients not seen for 6 months, with a WhatsApp message ready to send.
- 5
Appointments and the OPD queue
Create appointments from the Appointments page; the time picker shows only free slots, and double-booking is blocked.
- Confirm, reschedule, cancel or mark no-show, and send a WhatsApp reminder in one click.
- When the patient arrives, use “Check in” to add them to today’s OPD queue, then start and complete the visit.
- 6
Dental chart, treatments and prescriptions
Record each tooth’s condition on the Dental Chart, plan treatments with costs, and write prescriptions.
- Prescriptions and discharge charts can be printed. Medicine schedules follow the clinic’s patient language.
- 7
Billing
Create invoices on the Billing page. Totals are calculated for you, including tax and discount.
- Record payments in parts; every payment is logged so “Collected today” by cash, UPI and card is always exact.
- Overdue invoices appear on your dashboard and can be reminded on WhatsApp. Export invoices and patients to CSV any time.
- 8
Language
Switch between English and मराठी at any time using the language button in the top bar. Your choice is remembered on this device.
